Will I get a consultation?

We always offer consultations for our healthcare appointments. This allows us to carry out physical examinations where needed and talk to you in detail, ensuring we can address the concerns you have.
During all appointments, we work consultatively with you and will have open, honest conversations about your health and wellbeing. If you would like to make an appointment for reflexology, reiki, lymphatic massage, ear candling, massage, hypnotherapy, MSK ultrasound or shockwave therapy, please go ahead – we will build your consultation into your appointment.

How much do your treatments cost?

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

Are you qualified?

We offer a range of services and treatments, and each practitioner offering these is highly qualified in their own area. You can read about our various skills and qualifications on our team page. As a team, we have more than 25 years’ experience between us.

What is meant by holistic therapy? Are these treatments safe?

All our treatments are very safe and are designed to promote your general health and wellbeing. Holistic treatments consider the whole person, aiming to achieve better results and encourage healing and better general health through a range of therapies and practices. Everyone is different and we take this into account, helping you to achieve what you want to achieve.

How do I pay?

You can pay by cash or card after your appointment.

How do I book an appointment?

Just get in touch with our team. They will be able to advise you on the best treatments for you and let you know what the most suitable option is. Alternatively you can book your appointment online.

How often will I need treatment?

It all depends on the treatment. Some podiatry treatments will require more than one appointment – we will advise you when you make your initial appointment.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my treatment?

No! Just come along to your appointment and we will do the rest. Please arrive in plenty of time. If it is your first visit we may need you to fill in some forms so that we know your medical history, but don’t worry, we will talk you through anything applicable when you get here.
